Huifan has a united team to keep Learning. We do morning exercise every day. In the face to face practice, one acted as customer, the other acted as sales. We usually take some real cases as the topic. For example, one customer who is looking for time attendance machine, then they start conversation. Commonly, the sales will say hello and introduce herself and our company. Then she will ask some questions like which country is customer from, what products does he interested in, what’s the application, how many pieces does he need, like a sample to try or buy bulk quantity etc. If customer wants to place order, sales will ask what’s the payment term and which shipment way does he choose. Once order is confirmed, sales will send PI to customer’s email.
By morning exercise, we train our thinking and logic, we understand well how to meet the need of our customer, how to be more confident in communication and establish win-win partnership with our customers.
