For this weekly news, I wanna talk about my oppion on how to deel with inquiries or chating on line from clients of different countries,Since I am responsible for grace no.

For a liitle about how to deel with inquiries from  singaporean :

singaporean living standard is higher in most asian coutries,so their first choice is good quality , stable performance and after sales service.they are friendly and honest to their suppliers,so it is easier to get along well with them

For a little about how to deel with inquiries from indian clients:

there are many suppliers for biometric products in india and all their products are lower price .they like to sourse products with lower price.even they got it ,they will hesitate to make a decision for they wanna sourse the lowest price.as we know, more choice ,hard decision.they are evey crafty and lose words always in business.so we should have more patience and wisdom .the most important thing is a good state of mind.

That is all my understanding and feelings these days!
